Nipah virus is on the World Health Organization’s top 10 list of pathogens that could cause a public health emergency. Supaporn Wacharapluesadee has been a part of PREDICT, USAID’s Emerging Pandemic Threats (EPT) program which is based on the One Health approach, for several years.
